Chef Gator of Little Latitudes will be bringing the bold flavors of the South to Northern Colorado with a classic New Orleans–style seafood boil. Get ready to dig into a mouthwatering spread of crab, shrimp, andouille sausage, corn, potatoes, and mushrooms, all piled high on chopping block paper and served family-style right at your table.

As you crack crab and soak up the flavors, enjoy live swampy Louisiana-style brass music drifting across the rooftop, setting the tone for a relaxed, festive summer evening with incredible views of the Rocky Mountains.
