How do we begin the booking process?

 

Let's start this relationship off right!  We would love to schedule a consultation meeting with you first and make sure that we are the right fit for each other!

How much do you charge?​

Prices are customized and depend on variables such as:​​

​

  • Length of event

  • Location of venue/travel

  • How many locations/sound systems are to be set up? 

  • Which events will saxophone be included? (Ceremony/Cocktail/Dinner/Dancing)

  • Lighting (Upgraded lighting is available!)

    • Uplights​ (Up to 10 throughout your venue)

    • Hazer/Fog Machine

    • Multiple lighting stands set up (One is included)

    • Lighting of DJ booth​​

What is your hourly rate?

We book per event, not "by the hour".  All packages cover all planning meetings with Erik, preparation work and set up on your wedding day.  Custom pricing is available if you are looking for a package less than a full Wedding Ceremony / Cocktail / Reception!  We can discuss these details in our consultation meeting.​​
